Independent Contractor Status

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following;

  1. I understand that Dirty Talk Hotline will not provide me with any actual instructions or directions for the services I render.
  2. I understand that Dirty Talk Hotline will not provide me with any training for the services I render.
  3. I understand that the services I render are not an integral part of Dirty Talk Hotline operations.
  4. I have the right to hire a substitute for the services I render with the written consent of Dirty Talk Hotline.
  5. I understand Dirty Talk Hotline will not supervise and/or hire employees to assist me in the services I render.
  6. I have the right to terminate the Independent Contractor Agreement with Dirty Talk Hotline at any time.
  7. I have the right to be the master of my own time for the services I render.
  8. I have the right to work any amount of hours I want to perform the services I render.
  9. I have the right to work from where ever I want to perform the services I render.
  10. I have the right to control the order of performance for the services I render.
  11. I understand that I am not required to submit regular reports to Dirty Talk Hotline for the services I render.
  12. I understand that I am receiving payment on a commission-only basis for the services I render.
  13. I understand that Dirty Talk Hotline is not responsible for the business expenses of the services I render.
  14. I understand that Dirty Talk Hotline will not provide me with any tools and/or materials for the services I render.
  15. I understand that I am required to invest into my own facilities to perform the services I render.
  16. I understand that there is a possibility of profits or losses for the services I render.
  17. I have the right to work for any number of clients at the same time.
  18. I have the right to make the services I render available to the general public.
  19. I understand that I cannot be terminated by Dirty Talk Hotline without Dirty Talk Hotline incurring liability if I am producing a result that measures up to my contract specifications.
  20. I understand that I do not have the right to terminate the services I render at any time without incurring liability.
